Some investors find that their monthly income fluctuates to a large extent due to factors beyond their control, like a sale of an asset or dividend declaration or interest payout. Does your monthly income fluctuate to a great extent?

I’ve definitely seen my monthly income swing more than I’d like, especially when I rely on dividend payouts or occasional property sales. One month I might earn a steady $500 in dividends, then the next it dips to $200 because a company delayed its distribution. To smooth things out, I’ve started combining fixed-interest bonds and a small rental that pays consistently, so I’m not left scrambling when market-driven payments land late or get cut.

Obviously, it always happens, you just think that the fixed salary is a lie as such, there is no fixed salary, anyone who is self-employed, self-employed or has their own business, venture or company knows that this is so, so it is obvious that there are good months, normal months and bad months.
