This is an incredibly sad but very real issue that many societies still ignore. When a child is born from an unwanted situation, the emotional bond between mother and child can be deeply affected. It’s not just about the pregnancy itself, but also the social and economic pressures that follow. Some women, feeling trapped or resentful, may project their frustrations onto their children, especially daughters. This emotional neglect and exploitation can leave lasting trauma that shapes the child’s entire life. I believe the problem lies not only with individual choices but also with the lack of education, family planning, and psychological support available to women in these situations. Society tends to judge such mothers rather than offering them guidance or counseling. If communities and governments prioritized emotional and reproductive health, many of these tragic cycles could be prevented. Every child deserves love and care, regardless of the circumstances of their birth.
