popular roadside ‘akara’ seller and her son who d!ed in an auto crash will be laid to rest on Friday, September 19, in Akwa Ibom State.

Mrs Justina Sunday Udofia, popularly known as Mma Akara, her son and five other persons died in the accident that occurred at a popular roundabout connecting Ring Road 3 and the Stadium Road at Nung Oku Junction in Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area of the state.


Eyewitnesses said the incident which occurred a few weeks ago involved a Toyota Corolla car that veered off the road and rammed into bystanders waiting for commercial vehicles as well as roadside sellers.
