Municipality lady employee in my city Rourkela tries kill herself for injustice

A lady employee in my city Rourkela tried to burn herself alive as her temporary employment was not regularised even after 25 years of service. This is something serious. In the Indian government there's a rule that an employee's services has to be regularised after 45 days of probation but rarely that is done. The higher officials and the political heads ask for bribes which is not possible for most employees. Moreover the government purposefully doesn't regularize the temporary workers so that they don't have to give the service benefits like increments and provident fund. The city administration is being unjust to its own people.

Though, it is wrong to be treated in such manner but it will not warrant contemplating suicide. Suicide is a crime against oneself. Once there is life, opportunities must always come! Don't lose hope. Continue to fight until victory is sure.

Whose going to explain to her this? She is totally frustrated.

Killing herself won't solve the issue, not to mention how there are so many others out there who are also facing injustice as well.
