Mutual fund dividend not credited to bank account

A mutual fund declared a dividend and sent the payment details, yet the amount has not been credited to my bank account and I have not received any error message. What could be the reason why the dividend was not credited?

Maybe they change date when they will send it. Check official channels and contact others. If they received it, maybe is just problem in your bank.

How did you get the information that the dividend was sent. You would have contacted them immediately that you haven't seen the funds in your account
