My laptop can no longer connect to the Internet

I used to be able to connect my laptop to the Internet by connecting to my phone hotspot. I recently I found out I can no longer connect. I don't know what the issue is.

Try using another smartphone hotspot for connecting to the internet. I am also facing the same problem with the mobile hotspot so I have three different smartphones in case one connection fails.

1. Do you see any wifi network on laptop?
2. Do you see your network from hotspot?
3. If you are connected to hotspot, do you have Internet access?

It also depends on the location, someone may be hacking your mobile hotspot. In a metro city, my hotspot does not work for one mobile, I think the neighbours are hacking it to block the connection.

I'm so sure that issue was already resolved by your Internet provider. There's no problem of my internet it's 24 /7 unlimited.

With that kind of situation, the first culprit is always WiFi drivers. Check if someone has mistakenly uninstalled the WiFi drivers or it needs to be updated. From there, other things can be suggested of it doesn't work.

Yes I believe my hotspot is working cause I have tried connecting other devices and it was successful, but when it comes to the laptop, it refuses to on.

Try to update the wifi driver on your laptop, most of the times this happens when the wifi driver is outdated or uninstalled by mistake so go to drive manager and locket internet then try to update it by connecting you laptop using the cable internet.
