My quick observation about businesses that give superior customer support.

I have seen some businesses that offer superior customer support services. One thing that is synonymous with them is that they can afford to sell at a higher price and people would still buy.

Superior customer support makes people to patronize a business despite the fact that it's prices are high.

You have a point there, but in some cases it is simply because these companies have been able to make a name for themselves. People usually prefer to buy from a well known brand than to patronize an upcoming one because they feel the well known brand already has a reputation they would not want to spoil, and they are well known due to their wonderful service.

Yeah we all appreciate and want to be there where we are appreciated and welcomed. So some businesses know this and leverage on it
