India has started an app called MyAadhaar. We Indians have the Aadhaar card as our " Unique Identity Prove". The card has a number and our personal details like DOB, address and phone number. If we update our address or phone number, we can use this app to do so. However the reality is something else we have to run to the post office and stand for hours to get it done by an official. There's lot of waiting business in this process and it's irritating. I have ordered thrice in this app for a hard copy of my updated Aadhaar card but the money was refunded citing technical issues. The server is invariably down. It's turning out to be a useful app. The government of India should do something about it.

I completely share your frustration with the MyAadhaar app. It's unbelievable that, in the 21st century, such an important service still has so many technical problems and requires in-person visits, like going to the post office and waiting for hours. The idea of being able to update data and request digital copies should be simple and efficient, but in reality, the technology seems to fall short. It's disappointing that, after ordering several times, you've only received refunds for system failures and not an effective solution. I believe the government should invest in improving the infrastructure and server stability, as well as simplifying the process for users. Digitizing government services has great potential to make life easier, but only if implemented correctly. I hope they take these problems seriously and make the necessary improvements soon.

That's where the government is failing. In this age of digital world a high speed internet is very necessary which the BSNL, government service provider doesn't provide.

We are also experiencing similar issues here on other aspects. For example the government in my country wants everyone to have TIN ( Tax Identification Number) and there is a site where you can get this with ease but the problem is most times the sites doesn't even work so you have to go to their office physically, wait for hours and even pay them.
