According to the report, after one of the bloodiest sieges of the Myanmar conflict, the Arakan Army claims to have captured the Military junta's last stand in northern Rakhine state.

The report said that the rebel group has released a video showing the siege of Maungdaw city. The city had been under fire since June and has finally crumbled. This comes three years after the Junta took control of Myanmar in a coup.

Ariel's footage of the army base is enough to prove how much upper hand rebels had in battle. Also, the state of captured soldiers is very poor. A grunt said in the film that they have been stuck in a room for three months with no support or option to break through. This failure is attributed to a lack of support for low-ranking soldiers from the Myanmar military.

The war is now left and right with rebels participating. These rebels want to break free oppression.
