Naira a appreciated to N1,680 per dollar in the parallel market

Nigerian currency, the Naira at the close of workday Monday, October 14 appreciated to N1,680 per dollar in the parallel market compared to N1,690 per dollar over the weekend.


Following the same vein, the Naira appreciated to N1,552.92 per dollar in the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market, exchange rate for NAFEM fell to N1,552.92 per dollar from N1,641.27 per dollar last weekend, indicating a massive N88.35 appreciation for the naira.

To be honest I don't even know what reaction to give to this honestly. It's well though. Let's just see how things will turn out by the year ending.

i understand with this with you sometime some news just break ones heart. A dollar to naira is this high and nothing is done about it

I can see that the Naira is not doing good and something must be done to curb that for sure. As it can result into major economic crisis
