Nasarawa State High Court, Nigeria ,has sentenced Gambo Adamu to death by hanging for murder.
The presiding judge of the Court, Justice Mustapha Ramat, delivered the judgement on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Justice Ramat found the convict guilty of causing the death of one Hassan Ahmed by harvesting his organs in Akwanga Local Government Area of the state.
Speaking shortly after the judgement, the state's Attorney-General, Dr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji described the judgment as a victory for the people of the State and a deterrent to those who would engage in such nefarious activities
