it seems Nigerians will be having their Easter celebration in darkness as nationwide darkness hit the country. it is reported that there's a national grid collapsed. And this is the fourth time this year.

As reported by the electricity distribution companies in Nigeria, the grid collapsed around 4:30 pm yesterday so power went off around 4:30 pm yesterday in Apo, Dawaki, and Utako.

This simply means that millions of homes and businesses managed by Osogbo, Osun State, are without power from the national grid. The feeders are inactive, which have led to widespread blackouts nationwide

We have been experiencing darkness since the beginning of the year. As at last year December, they did some major changes to most of the cables. According to them they are working towards giving us more light and as well good voltage. We where all excited about it. Only for this year to begin we have been hit with darkness. We spend days in darkness, and when they finally bring it, most of thd time is not even up to two hours.

Wow so bad businesses will hit the bar of no sales and those online earners. What a bad shot for them. It must be stopped.

It's so frustrating if there's blackout and we're not prepared for everything like the charging of rechargeable lamps.

That's always the problem with no light almost everything collapse because we can't function properly without light
Agree, we can't function accordingly in the absence of electricity. Let alone the heat if the ambiance that likes to kill humans.

Even to work online would be a problem as you might not have the avenue to even charge things.
I can relate to that. The feeling is undescribable. We are restless and worried much of the situation.
