NATO is considering sending soldiers to Ukraine

According to the French newspaper Le Monde, NATO is considering sending troops to Ukraine. President Emmanuel Macron of France urged that NATO forces be sent to defend Ukraine, sparking an extensive debate among the allies. Estonia and Lithuania are among those that have agreed to discuss this idea. While the debate is confidential, speculation about the possible deployment of regular troops has grown. Meanwhile, David Lammy, the British Foreign Secretary, has indicated that the country has no plans to send military to Ukraine. Furthermore, it is possible that Donald Trump's plans will include the deployment of European troops.
