Account X (Twitter) @Gandhoyy gave a negative review of one type of Chizu Red Velvet drink that he had bought from the "Iced Tea Indonesia" product. According to @Gandhoyy, Chizu Red Velvet was too sweet, it only tasted like sugar mixed with cake ingredients.

The company "Iced Tea Indonesia" did not accept this criticism. So through the X account @esteh_indonesia, they replied and threatened that if @Gandhoyy's tweet was not immediately deleted and apologized, a summons would be taken immediately. The @Gandhoyy account went viral and many netizens regretted the actions of the X account @esteh_indonesia that were too arrogant towards ordinary consumers. What do you think?
 
A customer's review or feedback for the consumers. The company is so arrogant. They should accept the criticism and apologise instead of threatening the consumer who experienced the taste of their product. No one dares to defame a company if the cause is not based on experience. That consumer will surely win in that clash.
 
Many companies don't have good PR. Companies should employ professional customer relations managers who knows how to doze off tensions. The company suppose to contact the customer directly and resolve the issue amicably. Now, they have jeopardize their market and new prospects
