In most cases we vote people in big positions ,to lead us and help.our community grow ,but we often come across things like Nepotism and corruption from same leaders that are elected to lead us .

What ways can we use to deal with such leaders in a short period of time?

Definitely, nepotism and corruption are the core problem of most society. But the problem is caused by the voters and electoral policies. People should be voted based on their values and records. In most African countries, voters do collect bribe from people contesting for elective posts! Then, what do you expect!

Yes, they are selfish. They steal money from people without considering the consequences of their actions. Nepotism and corruption are rampant. It angers me to think that corrupt officials, along with their families, steal the taxes that people pay. These taxes should be used to improve the lives of citizens, but instead, they are used for personal gain.

You are so right, unfortunately corruption now runs deep in most government and both private offices today, and it's really not fair to those doing the right thing.
