New Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) at Kashmere Gate Inaugurated
New Delhi,December 26, 2025: Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena today inaugurated the newly renovated and expanded Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) at Kashmere Gate. The state-of-the-art facility now features better passenger amenities, dedicated lanes for different states, a food court, and improved sanitation. The upgrade aims to decongest the chaotic terminal and handle the increased passenger load during the upcoming holiday season. The project was completed in 18 months at a cost of ₹320 crore.
