Ayra Starr has set a new African record on streaming giant, Spotify.

The Nigerian singer recently surpassed 5 million followers on the platform, becoming the the first African female artist to hit the milestone.

However, she still trails behind Tems on the list of most-streamed African female artists on the platform.

She has a total of 2.7 billion streams across all credits, while Tems has 3.8 billion streams.

That's massive, and a good one for her career, though i don't really listen to her songs in the first place.
