No return policy for edible items? What do you think?

This is for offline stores. If someone buys an item that is edible, takes it away from the shop, and brings it back to return or exchange, would you effect such a return or exchange?

I personally feel edible items when taken out of the shop shouldn't be returned again?

It doesn't make any sense to return edible products. No one knows how you have handled the product before you decide to return it.

Yeah you don't have to take back edible items. That's why one has to be sure before buying

If I see any shop that takes returns for any edible items, it is certain that I would never patronize such a shop again forever.

No I won't accept it, I don't know what you have done with it out there so I can't accept it. It's a different case if you choose to return it immediately without taking it out.
