In the world of business, we always advocate for zero sentiments. That means a business person should not consider any emotional factors when it comes to running a business and making business decisions? Is there a point that emotions are allowed in business?
 
There are times that you have to also be empathetic and show feelings to customers and even staff of the business. It doesn't mean too should be heartless when they say no sentiments in business.
