The thing is that you don't only need money to reward your customers. You can use other ways that not necessarily involved money to reward them. You can give them early access to deals, have exclusive bundles for them, organised workshops for them, give them VIP customer support and even offer exclusive event invites.
 
That is correct, Augusta. Rewarding your loyal consumers does not require financial incentives. They can have first dibs on your products or services. You may even send them a personalized digital thank you card for supporting your business. A simple "thank you" can go a long way.
