Non- performing websites

There are some websites especially those created by the Odisha Government that are too slow are not user friendly. The result is people have to run to the government offices and stand in long queues to get their work done. Sometimes the work keeps pending for days when the work has to be done online only. This is really disgusting. Such websites can be called non- performing websites.

We have similar websites like this over here as well. The excuse they give is that there is too much traffic hence the site is slow.
