None of his children is interested in the business he has given all his life to build.

My uncle has a printing press. He has given so much of his life to build it to sustainable success. But he is now old and can't really run the business like that again.

All his children are in the United States and none is willing to come back home and run the business. They are not just interested. What would he do?

If I am the one, I would appoint a management team to run the business and a lawyer supervises revenue and profits, and pays my children from it. Really complex situation.

He should let them be and employ people to help him run the business. They are not interested so be it

Parents who own companies and businesses like this needs to also have it in the back of their minds that their children might not be interested in their line of business, hence preparation has to be made in situations like this.

It is really painful that someone can build a business like that and can't find an offspring to hand it over to. Maybe, handing over to his brother is ideal in the circumstances.
