I have been in a shop where up to five customers that intended to buy a particular product didn't end up buying, simply because they had higher bills, and the products they wanted to buy was cheaper than the currency denominations they carried.
Why was the sales lost? The business didn't have smaller bills to make change. How can this problem be solved by businesses?
