I lost one of my aunts yesterday. She was 82. She always got a maid's help when she was young. As she grew old maids started demanding more payment and she therefore stopped employing a maid and had to do the dishes herself. This infected her lungs in winter. As old age draws near our immunity decreases. I therefore have made hot water arrangement in my kitchen which I use in winter. What arrangements have you made face oldage?
 
Wow .Sorry to hear My condolences to you.When we are young we have alot of energy .As we grow old we get weaker.It is the cycle of life.
Yes, it's natural to lose energy at oldage but then we have to take steps to stay healthy till the end of our life.
 
As we grow older we tend to loose strength and our body becomes weaker. This is why it is extremely important to take care of ourselves while we are still young.
