Tension erupted in parts of Abuja on Monday as a group of disgruntled workers reportedly chased the motorcade of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike during a protest over unpaid salaries and unresolved welfare issues
The workers, who had been on strike, became agitated as Wike’s convoy passed through their picket area. In a video obtained by Naija News, protesters could be seen chanting “ole” (thief) and moving toward the minister’s vehicles, demanding urgent attention to their grievances
