“No Man is an Island” conveys the idea that a person who isolates himself from society isn’t good and it is better to be part of the community to have a good communication so that he won’t feel the anxiety in a place where there are people. In this pandemic time since we are asked to stay at home, it doesn’t mean that we will isolate ourselves from others, hence it can be a way that we can have a bond and communication to our families and also friends
but in virtual way. Classes done through face-to-face is a great way for us since we can make new friends and meet other people. Many introverts right now became extroverts with the help of people around them and their mindset of course and this is also my personal experience. No man will be an island if we step out ourselves from our own isolation area and accept the people who will come to our lives.
