Online business does not have a web -based support system

Since email is not reliable, most companies have a web based ticketing system where the customer can login to their account and reply. However one of the largest crypto exchanges does not have a web-based ticketing system and it expects customers to reply to emails. If it does not receive the email, it closes the ticket. So what can a customer whose emails are not delivered do?

Every email should be delivered except from blocked domains. But those who use blocked domains should not even be able make account.

I think that is a very serious problem with the exchanges that doesn't intergrate the live chart on its website or app and rather than relying on the emails for general communication.

For me l have never had any problems with the exchanges. Although l have a very limited crypto usage but my experience with crypto is good.
