Online fraudsters question the mental health of their victim

Here there are many online fraudsters who are not interested in working online, do not want to pay expenses, yet fake online income, paypal, bank account, and domain ownership to get monthly government salaries since 2010. To cover up their online, financial fraud, slavery, these online fraudsters are spreading fake rumors about the mental health of the real domain investor, who the fraudster government employees ruthlessly cheat, exploit and rob.
Is spreading fake mental health rumors the most effective way for online fraudsters to get away with their massive financial fraud?

I often encounter fake PayPal emails, but most of them are directed to the wrong PayPal email, so I often ignore them and delete them immediately.

That's also my suggestions to report the fraudsters in their place who are manned by skilled tech. We can only suggest but the problem remains. It is better to report the matter to PM Modi.
