Opinion: Paid employment is easier than self employment.

I have come to believe that paid employment is far easier than paid employment. With paid employment, you are certain to get paid at the end of the month whether the company makes sales or not. With self employment, no such guarantees. I think paid employment is easier than self employment. Do you think so too?
