Have you ever faced a situation where a customer sends you money for a order. He has sent seeming genuine payment proofs. But the payment processor is down from your end for you to confirm the payment. And the customer is pressuring you to start processing the order.

What do you do if you were the business person involved?

It's crucial on the part of the business facing a problem like that. The customers are also not to blame. It's better to cool them down my offering a free coffee or juice while waiting. They will paint a smile on their lips.

I have been in a similar situation but in this case, the roles were reversed. I was the one who paid and the seller couldn't confirm the payment on his end. He simply explained things to me and i had to wait till the whole issue was resolved.
