The payment of most private organizations doesn't cater to rate of inflation in India. The prices of all essential commodities are too high and isn't affordable for the common man. Only the rich are leading a comfortable life the rest of the Indians are struggling to make two ends meet. The common man hardly saves any money and has to eat and spend frugally.

The reality described is very harsh. In India, the gap between rich and poor seems to be widening, and inflation is hitting those who live on a fixed salary hard. Many private sector workers are not seeing the rising cost of living reflected in their salaries, making each month a constant struggle to cover the basics: food, housing, transportation, and education.
The problem is not only economic, but also structural. While large corporations and elites accumulate wealth, ordinary citizens are forced to cut costs and forgo basic comforts. It is sad to see how the daily efforts of millions of people are barely enough to survive, with no real possibility of saving or progressing.

That's true. Even for basic need a common man has to shell out more money than he did earlier because of rising price.

The prices must be checked and confirmed by your Prime Minister. How could some people live in peace if they always suffer hunger because of high prices of everything?
If the Prime Minister did that India wouldn't have poor, malnutrition people.
