Payoneer payment not received

I had requested the domain registrar to payout the payment received from domain sales to my Payoneer account. The registrar sent a message that the payment was completed, yet the payment has not been credited to my Payoneer account. Has anyone else faced a similar problem and how to get it resolved?

Has the domain registrar sent proof in the form of a screenshot of the payment to your Payoneer account? Check that this transaction receipt is genuine and has not been modified (fake). You can also check or verify pending payments in the settings feature, and ensure the transfer from the registrar was not made on the weekend.

The domain registrar has confirmed that the payment was transferred to Payoneer, which has not paid me till date. Payoneer had accepted the passport as id proof in 2022 and processed payment, now it is not accepting the passport as id proof.
