People coming to use the utility of your business place but not buying anything: How would you react?

I was in a bar yesterday and some group of boys were in the bar. They were supposedly programmers because all of them were writing some codes on their laptops. I learned that they had come there since morning to use the free power and the free WiFi provided by the bar but they have not bought anything from the bar.

How would you handle such a situation as the bar manager?

People always want free things and won't want to pay a price for anything. If it is me, I would chase them out of my shop or premises.
