Inconsistent savings is not staying true to a savings routine. You can save money this month only to save again after two months. No fixed frequency of savings.

People generally say that an inconsistent savings pattern is worth than nor saving at all. Is that true?

In my opinion, inconsistent savings aren't as detrimental as they seem, as long as you manage to save money at some point. It's true that having a fixed routine helps create discipline and maintain a habit, but the reality is that life often throws unexpected events and changes in circumstances our way. If for some reason you don't manage to save one month, but do in others, that doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. The important thing is not to lose sight of the goal and keep trying, even if it's irregular. Sometimes, long-term consistency is worth more than a perfect routine that breaks down for a single reason. The key is not to give up completely and to understand that every little effort counts, even if it doesn't follow a strict pattern. The important thing is to stay motivated and keep going, without feeling that a month without saving negates everything that came before.

Majority of the times, my savings is inconsistent simply due to the fact that i have so much i need to sort out and the cash inflow is pretty small.
