Phishing mails due to fake rumors about business

It appears that internet companies and government agencies are spreading completely fake defamatory rumors that a young man is doing all the work for my business, when no one is helping me at all. So I am getting a large number of emails " Let’s start getting to know each other". Does anyone else get these emails and how to stop these phishing emails?
