Phone calls on another phone call?

So according to you, what do you normally do when a call enters on the phone while you are on another call.
Do you hang up the first call to receive the new call or you go for the first come first serve basis?

Let the call be answered by your assistant and to tell the caller info that you're answering a call and to tell the caller to call back.

It depends on the coming call, if the upcoming call is important, I we have to hang up to call back.

I can't remember the last time anyone actually called me on the phone. Most of the time, I use Messenger to stay in touch with my family and friends, and we usually prefer using the chat option.
