Plan a "do nothing" day, and business ideas will follow

I read this in an ebook that I am now reading, and I agree with it. Sometimes all you need is a "do nothing" day to spark new business ideas. Sometimes we need to take a break and allow our brains to rest. Do you agree with this?

That's correct. However, we must take a break and allow our brains to rest for a while. Who knows? You can generate new business concepts by doing so.

Yeah it works both ways just try to rest when the need be. Then make it works when you should and you are done

Very true, but it would be very hard for me to have a day like this. I don't leave alone for now so there is pretty much notting I can do. Something must come up that I need to sort out.

I too agree with that. I mostly get more ideas when turned down on another Idea. l mean when your mind relaxes it develops Many more alternative ideas for that matter.
