Police arrest suspect linked to Destiny Boy’s de.ath

The Ogun State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a suspect linked to the de.ath of popular singer Adesina Afeez, widely known as Destiny Boy
According to the police, the matter has now been handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Homicide Section, for a thorough probe.

In a statement issued on Monday, the command said it had launched a full investigation into the death of the 22-year-old artiste. It noted that one suspect is currently in custody while detectives continue to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The police added that further findings would be made public as investigations progress.

Destiny Boy’s death became public on Sunday after disturbing videos showing his body being taken to a mortuary surfaced online, triggering widespread grief and intense speculation about what led to his demise.

I have been coming across news about this destiny boy but I don't really know him. Hope they will carry out proper investigation though.

I have never heard of the young artist. But it seems he have achieved some level of popularity! The young man is damn young! Something must be wrong somewhere!

I either,I have never heard of this destiny boy, just heard of him when he died, so people became popular in death.

They need to be arrested , but the case needs to be properly investigated so that justice must be served at all lengths
