Political campaign should stop to stop financial irregularities in government organizations

In India there's misappropriation of fund in every government offices. Now most political parties spend huge amount of money while campaigning. To get back that money they start laundering huge amount of funds meant for the development of country. This is the cause of murder, rape and all sorts of injustice done by the ruling government in every state and in our country.

Why is it not independent? COMELEC in the Philippines is an independent body. It's not influenced by politicians. It is composed of lawyers.
