Beating up a government employee like a goon by political leaders whether it's a minister of MLA. In Uttrakand a minister injured an engineer who had to send to the ICU. If he had neglected his duty he could have been suspended or dismissed from his job but this behaviour is not acceptable. Recently a MLA( Member of the Lagislative Assembly) slapped a canteen employee for serving stale food. He could have canceled the license of the canteen owner but he didn't do that. Probably he has taken a huge amount of money as bribe to issue the license and therefore couldn't do that. Politicians are taking heavy amount as bribe and therefore are showing their frustration by hitting officers and government employees.

I think that's just an act to cover up their corrupt deeds. If the politicians take bribe they can't take legal action.
