If a business has cheated you, has not been able to provide the service or product promised, is it advisable to post negative reviews of the business online. Some of the large companies are extremely vindictive and harass customers who complain, making their life hell.

In my country, it exists an online service offering us to post as many complains as many outages, disruptions and inefficiency we bump into. So companies get a score, helping us to avoid the worst and choose the ones presenting a high score (based on the percentage of outages solved).

In this case, the company promised to sell time share rentals and also took a membership fee. The salesperson promised to sell within one month, yet he has not sold any timeshare for more than 45 days,

I really don't see anything wrong in posting negative reviews as long as you are saying the truth. The review space is simply where customers can express what they actually feel. Your reviews would also help others make better choices.

I have some very powerful enemies who cheated, exploited and robbed me for 14 years. Now to cover up their massive financial fraud, criminal defamation, they are asking indian companies to cheat me.

Exactly. We must not sugarcoat things. It is fine as long as you are telling the truth. By doing a review, you will help others to make informed decisions.

If it's a fraudulent company, why don't you report it to the police, or share it on social media either with video or text. But cases can happen unintentionally, as I once read in a consumer column, a well-known dairy company produces canned milk, but there was a consumer who bought and opened the milk, the color had turned brown, it should have been white, after he posted a negative review on consumer media, it turned out to be a mistake. This happened due to the retailer's mistake in storing it in a hot place so that it changed color. but the milk producer has replaced 1 can of milk with 20 cans of milk or one carton, finally the customer said the case had been resolved and had been replaced

I did write a bad review for a vaccum cleaner from AGARO through Flipkart. The vaccum cleaner gave up within a month. They can't harass me in anyway rather I won't purchase any of their products and discourage all my friends from buying their products.
