I usually see most business owners post credit alerts and transaction receipts, they use this as a strategy to let people know they are active and legit, but is posting your credit alerts and receipts a good strategy?

Is a good strategy when it comes to getting people to sign on board but it could be bad in a sense that if you expose all your details, you could be easily defrauded so it is wise to conceal some of the information on the receipt while you post your receipt.

Posting transaction receipts in their entirety, without editing, can have negative consequences and compromise user privacy and the risk of hacking. Therefore, if you must post transaction receipts, you need to make certain edits or changes to remove customer numbers and personal information.
