Priest allegedly fatally shot by man who wanted to 'make the church great again'

According to the report, a shooting unfolded at a catholic church rectory on Thursday, leaving a local priest dead and a suspect in custody.

According to the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 2:50 p.m. the day of the shooting, a 911 call reported gunfire at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church rectory and they responded to the area and found Father Arul Carasala, 57, suffering from gunshot wounds outside the residence.

Father Carasala was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries despite life-saving efforts. The killer Gary L. Hermesch, 66, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was apprehended by the law enforcement and was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on suspicion of first degree murder. Authorities have not yet formally charged Hermesch and the investigation remained ongoing.

The killer was already apprehended and jailed by the County sheriff. The killer is 66 years old, already too old to become a criminal.

Just consider the age of the criminal 66, he's so brave to kill a priest. If he doesn't belled there's God, he should have believed that he'll be jailed for the crime he will commit. He's an evil.
