Paint companies in India like Asian paint and Berger paint claim their paints to be high quality which would last for 10 years without peeling off or fungus formation. However it all depends on the painter. If he doesn't use the roller and paint well it's no use purchasing such costly paint. The labour charges are very high. It's cost effective to use tiles or stones instead which many people in my city are switching for house protection.

I handled my house painting single handed. But the Berger company didn't do the work well though I purchased the their best paint.

If there is seepage of water then any paint won't be effective. Like at our home we used berger but because of the seepage the paint is peeling off at various places.
