Prudencio Calubid Jr., 81, spent six months in Manila City Jail after the police insisted he was the same man who was wanted for multiple crimes, like murder. As it turned out, he's just a victim of mistaken identity and was later freed. However, the Marcos administration is opposing the decision that freed Calubid from detention.
Useless police and a useless justice system are unable to prove the accused as the real criminal. President Marcos is also useless. Those police must be sanctioned.
