Pubs in India is spoiling our Indian culture

In India most people go to pubs to get drunk and drugged and do whatever they like. They drink, take drugs, dance and then create ruckus at time leading road rampage. These people create nuisance in their families too. I think pubs should be banned in India as they are destroying the peace of families and cities too.

Why are they not arrested? They are creating public disturbance. They have to stay in jail. There is none doing it in my place. People are afraid of police.

They are arrested when they create ruckus in public in an intoxicated state but when they create trouble at home it becomes very painful for the family members.
