Instead of a computer, why not go for a good and strong laptop so you can easily carry it from one place to another.
My laptops are hacked repeatedly so using them becomes very expensive for me. They are also very heavy for a person to carry from one place to another with luggage restrictions.

Why are laptops and computers easily hacked in your area? This doesn't happen often here. If you need one, you can definitely buy one, especially if it will be useful to you.
