Putin not travelling to Turkey for Ukraine peace talks.

The President of Ukraine, Zelensky had stated that he would travel to Turkey himself if Putin would be available in person for the peace talks. Even President Trump has said he would attend too if Putin attends. But sources have already confirmed that Luton won't be attending the talks. It would be led by a high profile Russian delegation for the Russian side.

Putin doesn't even rate Zelensky at all. I am sure he feels too big to sit in a meeting with Zelensky. The Ukrainian president can go talk to some delegation.

This Putin is just feeling like one big god. Zelensky knows that the odds don't favor him and he has to root for a peace deal.
