According to the report, Russian troops continue to exert pressure on the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region. The enemy is using armored and light armored vehicles. This was stated by Major Vladimir Nazarenko, deputy commander of the 4th battalion of the Ukrainian Freedom Force. He noted that the situation in the city is very difficult; in most cases, their losses, not their successes, are increasing. Unfortunately, the enemy is coming to terms with these losses, not only in manpower, but also in equipment, ammunition, and artillery.

In addition to the report, heavy fighting is currently taking place in the city, and due to the acute shortage of military equipment in Russia, the fighting is mainly carried out by infantry, which is why Russia suffered unimaginable losses in the battles for Pokrovsk: 120,000 people.

The report added that Ukrainian defenders continue their counteroffensive operation in the Dobropillia direction, where assault units have achieved gains, according to Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi. Syrskyi said he continues to work in the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He heard reports from field commanders on the situation at the front and the defenders’ needs. The main issues discussed were ensuring logistics security, the actions of assault units, and pushing Russian forces out of urban areas.

That was a very good move by the Ukrainian troops to liberate many areas, so residents will feel safe and secure. This ruthless war devastates many lives and properties. If only Putin had not turned down the peace deal by Trump, then this scenario would not have happened to the Russian troops.

I believe the situation in Pokrovsk and other conflict zones is truly complex and tragic. From my perspective, war always brings devastating consequences for both soldiers and civilians, and in this case, the losses appear enormous on both sides. The resilience of the Ukrainian troops on the front lines demonstrates immense courage, but it also reflects the difficulty of making progress amidst such violence and resource scarcity. It's important to recognize that, while military operations may seem strategic, war ultimately claims innocent lives and inflicts irreparable damage on entire communities. Personally, I believe that the pursuit of diplomatic solutions and peace should remain a priority, because the continuation of this conflict only brings more suffering. History also shows us that war is never a definitive solution, but rather a tragedy that leaves deep wounds.

There are so many soldiers lost in the war on that particular day. I doubt if Putin thought about this as an insult to his leadership, being unable and unmindful of the needs of the Russian troops. Many of them said they are hungry and their weapons are obsolete compared to the Uranian weapons.
