Received first payment from Pawns app

Though my computer was hacked extensively last month, I received my first payment from Pawns app. I have multiple smartphones, tablet and have used them to make more than $5 and get payment.

What's pawn app? I don't think I have heard about it before. Though the name sounds abit familiar. How does it work?

It was initially a bandwidth sharing app, now there are other options to make money online like doing surveys, playing games which pay well.
